Headland House
Offering spectacular beachside accommodation, Headland House has been designed with natural materials including local rammed earth and huge recycled jetty beams. Stepped internal levels take full advantage of magical views in all directions.
This warm and welcoming house has a large living area with a unique cushioned day-bed (which comfortably seats ten people), wood fire and dining space with an antique French oak table.
The open kitchen, with its two ovens and adjacent pantry, is designed to make catering for large groups a breeze.
Each of the five bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and expansive windows. The large all-weather conservatory comfortably accommodates all house guests and, with its built-in window seats, provides a sublime indoor/outdoor experience and rapidly transports visitors into holiday mode by connecting them with the surrounding nature!
Configuration:
5 bedrooms, each with a king bed which can be split into two singles. A sofa bed in the Island Room and fold-up beds can be provided for children or extra guests on request.
Headland House comfortably sleeps 10 but can sleep up to 14 people if necessary. The design and aesthetics of the house make it ideal for family gatherings, special occasions (such as birthdays and anniversaries), corporate and wellness retreats.
A three night minimum stay applies (a surcharge of $350 applies for two night stays). The rate below is for up to 10 guests. An additional charge of $60 per person per night applies for any additional guests.
Minimum 3 night stay.
Firewood is supplied for the inside slow combustion wood heater.
